TrulyRussian: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


  • Go to the member’s profile that you want to share your private photos with and click Share Private Photos located below the member’s profile info.

  • You can control what and how many private photos you want to share.

  • Click on Settings and choose Upgrade Account once the drop down menu appears.

  • Select the membership type you want and click UPGRADE NOW!

  • Note that the 7 Day Trial plan is only a one time offer.

  • Click on Settings located at the top-right section of your screen. Once the drop down menu has appeared, click Account.

  • On the Email text box, enter your new email address then click Update Account.

  • Don’t worry if you forgot your password, click on “forgot password?” located below the login form.

  • Be sure that the email address you’ll enter on the Forgot Password form is the same one that you use on your TrulyRussian account.

  • You will then receive a message on your email with a link to a change password page. Click on that link and you will be directed to the Change Password page where you’ll enter your new password.

  • Unusual activity must not go unnoticed. If you notice any dodgy activity from a member, we advice that you report them immediately.

  • Visit the offending member’s profile and click Report Member.

  • Don’t forget to state the reason why you reported them. Our support team will then work on your report immediately.

  • TrulyRussian only accepts payments through major credit cards: Master Card and Visa.

  • For any account deletion concerns, contact our 24/7 Customer Service through our support email or Live Support chat.

  • To access the Live Support chat, select the Help menu located on the far-right section of your screen.
