  • Go to your profile and click Manage Photo.

  • Choose an album where you want to save your photo.

  • Select Add Photo or Take a Picture (if you have a camera in your device.)

  • Wait for your photo to undergo the review process.

  • The Photo sharing feature is exclusive only for Premium members. Proceed to the next section on how to be a Premium member.

  • If you're already a Premium member, you can share the photos from your private gallery through the Messaging feature.

When you upload a profile picture, whether it be in a public or private album, our team will still have to check its authenticity first before ever publishing it on your profile. This is to ensure no identity is stolen and scammed. Please give us a few minutes to review your photo. If it passes the review, it will immediately show on your profile.

  • Click GO PREMIUM on the top menu section.

  • Select your mode of payment and enter the necessary details.

  • Major Credit Cards (Master Card & Visa)

  • Paypal

  • To cancel your Premium Membership subscription, contact our Customer Support to assist you.

  • To request a refund, you will have to reach out to a customer support representative.

  • Go to Contact Us page.

  • Select your preferred way to reach a customer support representative.

  • Go here to learn more about our refund policy.

  • To change your email address, go to Account Settings.

  • On the Change Email tab, enter your new email address and click Save Changes.

  • To retrieve your account, go to Forgot Password.

  • Enter your TrulyRussian email address and select SEND REQUEST.

  • Then check your email for a message with the Change Password link. Click on that link and enter your new password.

  • Go to the profile of the member that you wish to block and select Block User in more options.

  • Once confirmed the blocked member will no longer see any of your activity on TrulyRussian.

  • Go to the profile of the member that you wish to report and select Report User in more options.

  • Select the reason on your report and write us a message or provide a screenshot.

  • Once your report is received, our team will work on the necessary actions for the reported user.

  • To deactivate your TrulyRussian account, go to Account Setting.

  • On the Manage Account tab, click Deactivate Account.

  • If you ever want to reactivate your account, just log in with your old email and password and your earlier activities and profile will be restored as it was before.

  • Log in on TrulyRussian with your old email address and password. Your TrulyRussian account will be reinstated just the way you left it.

  • Please keep in mind that if you have removed your account in the past, you can no longer retrieve your account. You will have to create another account to use TrulyRussian again.
